Faye Townsend is a registered with the Association of Nutrition (AFN), she obtain a first-class bachelor (BSc) degree in Nutrition with Food Consumer Science. Following University, she obtained a Master Practitioner in Food and Eating Disorders approved by The British Psychological Society (BPS).

“Food is not only fuel for living, but also used for pleasure, comfort, socialising, as a reward, and when we’re bored. Striking a balance between both pleasure and health can be difficult, filled with complications and confused by marketing messages.”

 With a special interest in Sports Nutrition, Faye’s mission is to fight modern day dietary and fitness myths and help people improve their relationship with food. Whether your goal is weight management,  increasing energy or to boost sports performance, Faye can help you achieve your goals in a healthy and sustainable way.
